Before joining Rachlin, Daniel worked on multiple healthcare projects, including campus master plans, expansions to existing hospitals, and renovations of medical office buildings. Daniel has also worked on international mixed-used developments and high-end residential projects.
Daniel graduated Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Architecture. While at Cal Poly, Daniel was a member of the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts, which recognizes intellectual achievement, initiative, leadership, and character. His work on sustainable wall systems was exhibited at the Building Enclosure Sustainability Symposium (BESS).
Daniel enjoys exploring the out-of-the-way areas that Los Angeles and the surrounding cities have to offer. Currently he is exploring the alleyways in downtown and other areas where attempts are being made to reclaim the alley as a part of the community space.
