Rachlin Partners has created a unique, collaborative atmosphere within our workspace, with the absence of interior doors and walls. Staff members work in an open environment, which fosters collaboration and encourages communication. Everyone, from the Partners on down, works in this open space which is conducive to creativity within a 1928 masonry building, a former shoe polish factory, with a 72-foot-long ridge skylight and extensive northern windows that illuminate the interior with an abundance of natural daylighting.
Without traditional boundaries, our offices feature built-in landscaped planters, creating a soothing interior, while amenities such as a kitchen/break room, lockers, and shower complement key spaces, such as the library and open conference room. We have created a work environment that is open, transparent and enjoyable to use.
Ultimately, it is the strength of the individuals whom we assign to all of our projects that makes our work successful. We provide Direct Partner Involvement which ensures accountability, responsiveness and a single point of contact.
