Chad first started with Rachlin Partners back as a fresh faced college grad in 2010. Finding himself in the burgeoning construction management wing of what was then Rachlin Architects, Chad enjoyed the challenge of onsite problem solving and participating in the modernization process for school districts.

After a few years hiatus in which Chad left Rachlin to pursue other opportunities in the field, Chad returned to Rachlin Partners with additional and varied experience to supplement his construction management skill set. He has worked as a designer, and a bit in construction, but found himself enjoying construction administration the most. However, sitting at a desk does not suit Chad, he is a ‘site guy’ through and through! He often refers to what he does as ‘architecture adjacent’.

Chad retains his predilection for creativity by looking for opportunities outside of work to design and fabricate anything from human scale chicken coop to architectural models for developers. Most recently, Chad has partnered with a colleague and purchased a few 3D printers to start a side hustle Etsy shop!
